About Bruce

Bruce is very active in his community as a member of the Muskoka Lakes Rotary Club, Co-chair of the Bracebridge Terry Fox Run and active in issues that directly affect Muskoka, his home. Living on the water enables Bruce to service his clients wanting waterfront property as well as wanting an in-town home.

Bruce also has a good relationship with mortgage brokers who can assist in buyers’ lending needs as well as quality contractors and handymen to assist with renovations or those little repairs.

  • I will work with all Buyer Realtors quickly, answering all their questions and concerns.
  • I will advise you on the merits of the offers submitted.
  • I will personally present all offers to you promptly and will negotiate with your best interest at all times.
  • I will follow up with Buyer’s Realtor on all notices of fulfillment, waivers etc.
  • I will manage all necessary paperwork and make sure that your lawyer receives everything they need on time.
  • I will follow up with any loose ends prior to and after moving day.
